First things first, we’ll evaluate where we are working!  

Next, we will conduct a leadership workshop to remove the fear of judgment and clear the way for creativity in your team, through psychological safety.

Those with limited resources are incredibly creative! We’ll assess what you have at your disposal and understand your team’s confidence in their own creativity.

 Now we’re ready to start throwing ideas at the wall! This is where we get ALL ideas on the table, then we build on them! 

Once we have practice in generating ideas, I’ll lead your team in a parallel thinking exercise to move the concepts forward.
